The best part of giving through DonorsChoose is the notes from the kids. I honestly got a little misty-eyed about all the drawings they sent this time. And I couldn’t help but notice the funny collision of the old-fashioned and newfangled: our gift helped them buy iPods to learn math, but nothing could top their handwritten notes.
